How is your design comission process?
Commissions are completed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once I receive your brief, I’ll send you a pricing quote, a schedule, and payment details. For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to get started. I offer up to three revisions to make sure you’re happy with the piece! Any additional revisions will have an extra charge

How’s the license of the designs?
Once you purchase an artwork I’ve created, you’ll have full rights to use it for any personal or commercial projects. (Pre-made designs are sold exclusively to one buyer.) That said, I still retain the right to showcase the design in my portfolio, whether it’s on social media, my website, or other platforms—online or offline. Thanks for understanding!
How’s the policy about Pre-Made Designs?
Finished orders typically take up to 24 hours to be emailed, depending on the customizations you’d like to make to the design. If you haven’t received a reply after a day, please check your spam folder! And if you still can’t find it, feel free to contact me directly at 995dsgn@gmail.com—I’m happy to help!
How long is the turnaround time for commissions?
Commissions typically take about 5-6 working days to complete, but the timeline can vary depending on how quickly feedback comes in and the number of revisions needed. I begin all projects on Mondays, so if you’re on a tight deadline, just let me know, and I’ll do my best to work something out!
Can I get the fonts from your designs?
Sorry, due to licensing and intellectual property rights policies, I’m not permitted to distribute the raw font files. However, don’t worry. I’ll handle all the text editing for you. The final files will be delivered in expanded vector format (not raw text) to maintain design consistency. If you plan to use the font for other purposes, I can provide you with a link to purchase the official license.
